Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi sebagai Dewan Komisaris, telah dilengkapi dalam pedoman kerja yang diatur dalam Surat Keputusan tanggal 10 Mei 2019 Nomor: SKEP.07-01/DEKOM-BJTI/2019 dan NOMOR: KEP.006-00/V/BJTI-2019 tentang Pedoman Panduan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik(Good Corporate Governance) Dewan Komisaris Dan Direksi (Board Manual).
In executing its duties and functions as the Board of Commissioners, it has been provided with work guidelines as stipulated in the Decree dated 10 May 2019 Number: SKEP.07-01/DEKOM-BJTI/2019 and NUMBER: KEP.006-00/V/BJTI-2019 concerning Guidelines for Good Corporate Governance (Good Corporate Governance) for the Board of Commissioners and Directors (Board Manual).

Whistleblowing System

Whistleblowing System (WBS) merupakan program nyata dari PT BJTI untuk mewujudkan lingkungan kerja yang bersih dari tindakan curang, korupsi dan pemerasan. Sistem Pelaporan Pelanggaran (Whistle Blowing System) Di Lingkungan PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia diatur dalam Keputusan Direksi nomor: HK.01/7/11/1/BRA/BRDJ/BJTI-22 tanggal 7 November 2022.
The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a concrete programme implemented by PT BJTI to create a work environment that is free from fraud, corruption and extortion. The Violation Reporting System (Whistle Blowing System) at PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia is regulated in the Board of Directors' Decree number: HK.01/7/11/1/BRA/BRDJ/BJTI-22 dated 7 November 2022.

Kode Etik Bisnis

Kode Etik Bisnis mencerminkan tindakan dan nilai-nilai yang kami pegang dalam berinteraksi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, karyawan, pelanggan, pemerintah, vendor, dan masyarakat untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan mereka. Kode Etik Bisnis di PT BJTI diatur dalam Keputusan Bersama Dewan Komisaris dan Serikat Pekerja PT BJTI nomor :KEP.012-00/IX/BJTI-2019 tanggal 11 Sep 2019.
The Code of Business Ethics reflects the actions and values we uphold in our interactions with all stakeholders, employees, customers, government, vendors, and the community in order to build long-term relationships with them. The Business Code of Ethics at PT BJTI is regulated in the Joint Decree of the Board of Commissioners and the PT BJTI Labour Union number: KEP.012-00/IX/BJTI-2019 dated 11 September 2019.

Manajemen Resiko

Fokus utama penerapan manajemen risiko adalah para pelaku utama proses bisnis dan organisasi di setiap tingkatan. Penerapan manajemen risiko harus menciptakan nilai tambah, terintegrasi dengan proses bisnis, bagian dari proses pengambilan keputusan, transparan, sistematis, terstruktur, dinamis dan tanggap terhadap perubahan. Di lingkungan PT BJTI Pengelolaan Resiko diatur dalam Keputusan Direksi Nomor: KEP.001-00/I/BJTI-2022 tanggal 21 Jan 2022tentang Pedoman Strategis dan Pedoman Teknis Manajemen Risiko di Lingkungan PT BJTI.
The main focus of risk management implementation is the key players in business processes and organisations at every level. Risk management implementation must create added value, be integrated with business processes, be part of the decision-making process, be transparent, systematic, structured, dynamic and responsive to change. At PT BJTI, risk management is regulated by Board of Directors Decree Number: KEP.001-00/I/BJTI-2022 dated 21 January 2022 concerning Strategic Guidelines and Technical Guidelines for Risk Management at PT BJTI.
